The Proposals shall be for provision of a new modular Blower Building that fully meets the functional intentions and Owner's requirements at the Lumby Wastewater Treatment Facility. Services will include design, acquisition of building permits, manufacturing, factory testing, supply, delivery, offloading and placement onto building foundations, and field testing of mechanical systems for the Blower Building. Anchoring of the building onto the foundations, and tie-in connection of water, sewer and electrical services will be by others.
