Description: 

The Work involves the construction of upgrades at the Lumby Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The upgrades involve improvements to the existing wastewater lagoon system, including refurbishment of existing Lagoons 1 and 2, construction of two post-lagoon submerged fixed media nitrification cells within the existing Lagoon 3, and erection of a modular Blower Building, which is to house process blowers, electrical and control equipment, and an office space. The Work also includes some demolition work, site works and utility upgrades to service the upgrades and the new Blower Building.
